Digital First Ticketing
With Digital First ticketing, fans now have the flexibility to easily store and save season or single game tickets on their mobile device at any time. Fans who wish to pre-print their ticket(s) on 81/2 x 11 standard paper for season combo packages or individual event tickets can select Print at Home and print their tickets at their own convenience. Season ticket holders who wish to still receive hard stock tickets delivered by mail can email the ticket office at tuticketoffice@utulsa.edu to submit their request. Please note that those with season long parking passes will receive mobile passes.

Account Management
- How do I log in?
- Visit TulsaHurricane.com/Myaccount
- Log in with account/email credentials
- Toggle New Experience ‘On’ if necessary (if on smartphone)
- View and download tickets to your phone’s Wallet or Passbook
- Tickets delivered via Print-at-Home will also be available to download via Wallet or Passbook.

- Forgot my password login
- If you know the email associated with your account, you should easily be able to recover your account password. Simply click "forgot password" and enter the email address.
- If the email is correct - you will receive an email shortly after with a link to reset your password
- If the email is incorrect - you will receive an error message. Contact our office for further assistance

- If you have purchased tickets with us in the past but are unable to remember your account details, feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to find the account.
- What if I don't see my tickets in MyAccount?
- If you do not see the tickets in your account, it's possible these tickets are in a different account! If you have an additional email you might have used in the past, check to see if there is a password reset for that email.

- What if I have multiple accounts?
- If you have by chance created multiple accounts through multiple different purchases over time, and are unsure of which to use, we can help. Contact our office and we can look to merge them into one, linked to the email of your choice.
