2025 Play 4 Kay Survivor Walk
As part of our Play4Kay breast cancer awareness night, we would like to invite all cancer survivors to participate in a halftime walk at our Wednesday, February 19th Tulsa Women's Basketball Game vs. Tulane at 6:30 p.m. Survivors, doctors, nurses and caregivers to participate. Please fill out the form to receive up to 4 complimentary tickets and a t-shirt for that evening's game. Please meet at the bottom of section 113 at the beginning of halftime to participate in the walk. Tickets for the game will be at will call under the name you provide in the form below.
