Additional teams and individuals are chosen through an at-large selection process following the regional competition.

The Midwest Region consists of Division I schools located in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois, across 13 conferences. A total of 35 women's teams and 33 men's teams will run in the meet on Friday.

Tulsa men's entrants include: senior Marc Scott, junior Luke Traynor, sophomores Ben Preisner, Adam Roderique, Elijah Silva and Kirk Smith, and freshmen Ellis Coon, Austin Del Rosso, Isaac Dobos, Mark Middleton and Jay Ort.

The women's entrants include: senior Rachel Baptista, juniors Clara Langley, Olivia Lopez and Stacie Taylor, sophomores Emma Galbraith, Nicole Lee and Danielle Medearis, and freshman Alyssa Bolliger.
