Classic Moments in Tulsa History

On Halloween 1964, there was a football game between Tulsa and Oklahoma State in which no one could have expected what would occur between the underdog Hurricane and the Cowboys that day. Both teams came into the game with 3-2 records, and the win would propel one team to a six-game winning streak, while for the losing team it was the first of four losses in the final five games.
