Anna Williams Named The American Rookie of the Week

Tulsa women's soccer player Anna Williams was named the American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, as announced today by the league office.
 
Williams, a freshman forward from Kent, England, had a goal and two assists in 144 minutes of play this past week, while starting in both contests.  She scored TU's first goal to tie the game 1-1 against #21 UConn, and then recorded assists on both of the Golden Hurricane goals against Temple.  Williams also had three shots, all of which were on goal, on the week.
