Bracket Set for American Conference Men’s Basketball Championship

American Athletic Conference Championship Bracket
TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa will be the No. 3 seed and face No. 6-seed Memphis at 8 p.m. CT Friday in the quarterfinal round of the American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.
The 10-team tournament runs March 10-13 at the Amway Center. The TU-Memphis game will be the final quarterfinal game on Friday, and will be televised on ESPNU.
Tulsa's game will follow the contest between No. 2-seed Houston and the winner of No. 7 UCF and No. 10 Tulane, which begins at 6 p.m. CT on ESPNU. No. 1-seed Temple will face the winner of No. 8 East Carolina and No. 9 USF at 11 a.m. CT, followed by No. 4 Cincinnati and No. 5 UConn at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN2. USF and ECU open the tournament at 2:30 p.m. CT Thursday on ESPNU, followed by UCF and Tulane at 5 p.m. CT on ESPNews.
The semifinals will take place at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. CT Saturday on ESPN2, and the championship game will begin at 2:15 p.m. CT on ESPN.
The Golden Hurricane (20-10, 12-6 American) defeated USF, 84-74, in its regular season finale at the Donald W. Reynolds Center on Saturday. TU is 12-4 over its last 16 contests, and has reached 20 wins for the 23rd time in program history, and the third year in a row.
