Tulsa Track & Field Competed at Kansas Relays

TULSA, Okla. – On Thursday night, a trio of student-athletes for The University of Tulsa track and field team competed in the 5,000-meter run at the Kansas Relays in Lawrence, Kan., at the Rock Chalk Park.
Freshman Avery Culpepper led the way for Tulsa recording a third place finish in the women's 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:22.18.
For the men, freshman Stuart McNutt registered a 16th place finish in the men's 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:10.48. Sophomore Steven Salvano finished eight spots behind McNutt in 24th place with a time of 15:32.08.
