Tulsa’s Nadia Majidizadeh Named American Golfer of the Week

The University of Tulsa junior golfer Nadia Majidizadeh was named the American Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, the conference announced on Wednesday.
Majidizadeh tied her career-best performance at the Rebel Intercollegiate on April 1-3, after finishing in sixth-place with a 3-over 219 (71-72-73). The senior recorded her third consecutive top-20 finish during action at the 6,323-yard Ole Miss Golf Course.
Majidizadeh sixth-place performance led the Hurricane to a 9th place finish out of 15 teams.
