Tulsa Basketball Held Free Community Skills Clinics This Week

The University of Tulsa basketball players and staff participated in free basketball skills clinics for Tulsa youth this week.

Hurricane players held a clinic for 3-4 year olds at the CAP Tulsa early education center at Frost Elementary School on Wednesday morning. Geno Artison, Joseph Battle, TK Edogi, Junior Etou and Alex Foree taught kids skills in dribbling, passing, layups, shooting and agilities.
On Thursday, Corey Henderson Jr., Martins Igbanu and Lawson Korita taught dribbling and passing skills to kids at Tulsa Plays! held at Hunter Park.
Friday, TU players held a skills clinic at the Mabee Red Shield Boys & Girls Club. Geno Artison, Travis Atson, Martins Igbanu and Sterling Taplin led drills teaching the young players skills in dribbling, triple threat, cuts and screens, and played knockout and 3-on-3 games.
