TULSA, Okla. — Season tickets for The University of Tulsa men's basketball program are on sale now and head coach Frank Haith has a special offer for first-time season ticket buyers. New season ticket buyers who purchase their tickets between Oct. 14-21 will have 50-percent of their ticket price and Golden Hurricane Club donation covered by Haith.

In addition, for every new season ticket sold, Haith will donate a season ticket to a local non-profit organization.

Season tickets for the 17-game home schedule, including two exhibition games, are on sale beginning as low as $210. There is non-donation seating available, as well as Priority seating areas, which require a minimum seat donation to the Golden Hurricane Club.

To order season tickets, fans can call 918-631-GoTU (4688) or in person at the Donald W. Reynolds Center Athletic Ticket Office. More information about tickets can be found here.

The 2017-18 home schedule includes 17 games, beginning with exhibition contests on Oct. 30 and Nov. 4 before TU opens its 106th season of play on Nov. 10 against Lamar. The Hurricane will start American Athletic Conference play on Dec. 28 when it hosts ECU and the conference home slate is highlighted by matchups against UConn (Jan. 3), Wichita State (Jan. 13), Memphis (Jan. 20), SMU (Feb. 1), UCF (Feb. 21) and Temple (March 3).

The Golden Hurricane return eight letterwinners and 72-percent of its offense from last season, including five of the team's top six scorers. The group of returners is led by senior forward Junior Etou, who started all 32 games and averaged team highs of 12.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Guards Jaleel Wheeler, Sterling Taplin, Corey Henderson Jr. and Lawson Korita all return along with forwards Martins Igbanu, Geno Artison and Alex Foree.

Along with that experienced core, Haith welcomes an exciting group of newcomers with DaQuan Jeffries, Curran Scott, Elijah Joiner and Darien Jackson. Jeffries was a standout at Western Texas CC last season and teamed up with Scott, who sat out the 2016-17 campaign after he transferred from Charlotte, for three seasons at Santa Fe High School in Edmond. Forward Jeriah Horne also joins the squad this season, but will redshirt following his transfer from Nebraska.
