•   Brewer now has 3,043 career yards and 20 touchdowns on 601 carries.
•   He jumped from 9th place to 4th place on the school's all-time rushing chart  with his 262-yard rushing performance against Louisiana in the second game of the season.
•   He came into that Louisiana game with 2,433 career rushing yards and ended with 2,695 career yards.
•   Brewer also went over 100 yards this year with 152 rushing yards against Toledo and 131 yards vs. New Mexico.
•   Brewer is now 472 yards away from moving up any further on the career rushing
     list … Trey Watts (2010-13) is in third place with 3,515 yards.
•   Brewer has 12 career 100-yard rushing games … he is tied with Gordon Brown (1984-85) for the 4th most 100-yard rushing games in school history … trailing Micheal Gunter  (16; 1980-83), Tarrion Adams (16; 2005-08), and Trey Watts (15; 2010-13).
 
PRESIDENT GOES OVER 100 RUSHING YARDS TWICE . . .
•   Tulsa quarterback Chad President has rushed for over 100 yards in 2 of Tulsa's first 5 games this year.
•   Against Navy, he totaled 151 yards, but had over 100 of that in the first quarter.
•   President had 106 yards on just two carries in the first quarter, one in Tulsa's first scoring drive covering 35 yards to the Navy 38, and a 71-yard run to the Navy 15-yard line on Tulsa's second scoring drive.
•   President ended the first quarter with 110 yards rushing on 4 carries.
•   His first 100-yard game came at Toledo when he rushed for 130 yards.
•   President is the first quarterback since James Kilian in 2003 with two 100-yard rushing games in the same season since (UTEP and Hawaii).
•   In his two 100+ rushing games, President totaled 281 yards on just 24 carries for an 11.7-yard average per attempt in those games.

•   Tulsa had a total of 5 first or second-year players in the starting lineup on defense last week against Navy.
•   True freshmen Garrett Flanary (tackle) and Akayleb Evans (corner) started their third and second games this season.
•   Red-shirt freshman tackle Tyarise Stevenson received his first career start.
•   True sophomores Shemarr Robinson and Manny Bunch started their fourth and fifth games of the year, respectively.
 
POSSESSION TIME DIFFERENTIAL . . .
•   Tulsa has faced option teams in the last two weeks, and those teams have controlled time of possession against the Hurricane.
•   In the last two weeks, Tulsa's offense has only had possession for 37:41, while the opposition has totaled 82:19 of the clock.
•   Tulsa's offense against Navy had under 60 plays and just barely over 20 minutes of possession time … Navy had 72 plays and 39:38 of possession time, while Tulsa had 57 plays and 20:22 in possession time …
•   A week earlier against New Mexico, the Lobos held a 42:41 to 17:19 time of possession advantage over Tulsa, and had 73 plays compared to 58 for Tulsa.
