• This is the third straight game that Tulsa has played on a weekday, and it's the fourth weekday game this season for the Hurricane.
• Tulsa has the smallest FBS undergraduate enrollment with 3,406 students, while USF has an enrollment of 48,793 students.
• USF is the 8th of nine 2016 bowl participants that Tulsa will have faced this year.
• The league's second-leading rusher D'Angelo Brewer is 110 yards shy of tying USF's Marlon Mack (2104-16) for the American Athletic Conference's all-time rushing record of 3,609 yards …Brewer has 3,499 career yards.

• A quarterback in high school, D'Angelo Brewer was recruited to Tulsa with plans to play running back.
• Brewer is now just the 4th running back in school history to rush for over 3,000 career yards.
• In 44 career games, Brewer has 3,499 career yards and 22 touchdowns on 685 carries.
• He played as a true freshman in 2014 and gained 128 yards rushing, improving to 837 yards his sophomore season in 2015, rushing for 1,435 yards last year and 1,099 yards this season.
• He is currently in 4th place on the school's career rushing chart.
• Brewer is 16 yards short of 3rd place –– Trey Watts, 2010-13, 3,515 yards.
• He is 37 yards shy of tying for 2nd place –– Micheal Gunter, 1980-83, 3,536 yards.
• Brewer needs 152 yards to tie the school's all-time record-holder –– Tarrion Adams, 2005-08, 3,651 yards.
• Brewer's 685 career rushing attempts is a school record, surpassing Trey Watts (2010-13) total of 673 carries.
• In addition, Brewer also is the career-record-holder for rushing attempts in the American Athletic Conference and needs 110 yards rushing to tie the AAC's record- holder Marlon Mack's (USF, 2014-16) for the all-time rushing record of 3,609 yards.
BREWER GOES OVER 1,000 RUSHING YARDS FOR SECOND STRAIGHT YEAR . . .
• Senior D'Angelo Brewer surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark for the season on a 30-yard run in the 1st quarter against Memphis.
• On the year, Brewer has 1,099 yards and 8 touchdowns for a 5.0 average per rush.
• Brewer has now surpassed 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons, after having rushed for 1,435 yards last year.
• Brewer has 6 100-yard rushing games this season –– including 262 vs. Louisiana, 152 at Toledo, 131 yards vs. New Mexico, 140 vs. Houston, 156 at SMU and 119 vs. Memphis.
• Brewer missed the UConn game with an injury, but returned a week later against SMU and had 156 yards and one TD on 33 carries.
• With his 262-yard rushing performance against Louisiana in the second game of the season, Brewer jumped from 9th place to 4th place on the school's all-time rushing chart … he came into that Louisiana game with 2,433 career rushing yards and ended with 2,695 career yards.
• Brewer has 15 career 100-yard rushing games for the second-most by any Tulsa running back … he is tied with Trey Watts (2010-13) and trails the record of 16 100-yard rushing games held by Micheal Gunter (1980-83) and Tarrion Adams (2005-08).
SENIOR PK REDFORD JONES IS TULSA'S ALL-TIME SCORING LEADER . . .
• Senior placekicker Redford Jones came into the season with 239 points, needing 60 points to tie for the school's all-time scoring record.
• He broke the record in the 9th game at SMU when he scored 10 points on 2 FGs and 4-of-4 PATs … his field goals in that game went for 49 and a career-best 51 yards.
• In 43 career games, Jones now has 303 career points surpassing the previous record of 299 points, held by another kicker Kevin Fitzpatrick (2008-11).
• He now has scored 64 points this year on 8-of-11 field goals and 40-of-41 PATs.
• His 46 career field goals made ranks 5th on Tulsa's all-time chart, as he trails the all-time leader, Jason Staurovsky (53 FGs, 1981, '83-85), by 7 field goals.
• Jones had his previous career-best of 50 yards earlier this season against New Mexico, bettering his previous-best of 46 yards.
• His 50-yarder vs. New Mexico was the first 50-yard field goal for a Tulsa kicker since Nov. 25, 2011.
MCKINLEY HAS 7 DOUBLE-DIGIT TACKLE GAMES . . .
• Junior McKinley Whitfield made the move from safety to linebacker during spring drills, but due to injuries at the safety position he moved back to the position prior to Tulsa's 4th game of the year.
• He played the first 3 games at the STAR linebacker position, and the last 7 at safety.
• No matter where he lines up, Whitfield is effective … he has a team-leading 95 tackles, along with 6 TFLs for -18 yards, a team-high 7 pass break-ups and one interception.
• He has a total of 7 double-figure tackle games this year, including 10 stops at the STAR position vs. Oklahoma State.
• Since making the move to safety, Whitfield had 6 straight double-figure tackle games, before snapping that streak with just 8 stop vs. Memphis.
• Whitfield's other double-digit tackle games include 10 vs. New Mexico, and 14 each against Navy and Tulane, 10 vs. Houston and UConn and 11 at SMU.
• In the Houston game, Whitfield also had 3 PBUs and one interception for a 51-yard return that set-up Tulsa's first touchdown.
• Against UConn, he had his second game of the season with 3 TFLs going for -9 yards, while totaling 10 tackles in that game.
• At SMU, Whitfield also had 2 pass breakups to go along with his 11 tackles.
• With 95 stops, Whitfield ranks third in the AAC for tackles with a 9.5 average per game.
