Horsfall Named American Defensive Player of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference announced its weekly accolades on Monday. Taylor Horsfall was named Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season.
Taylor Horsfall was named The American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week after she posted 42 digs and a digs per set of 6.00. She played in all seven sets on the weekend and helped Tulsa record a 1-1 mark. Horsfall collected 51 receptions and notched a reception percentage of .980. She also added two service aces and one kill on the weekend. She broke The American single-season digs mark in the first matchup with SMU and finished the season with 755.
