Tulsa Women Golfers Back in Action Monday at The Dickson

The University of Tulsa women's golf team will be back in action for the second time this spring when the Golden Hurricane tees off Monday at The Dickson, being played at the par-72 The Woodlands Country Club in The Woodlands, Texas.

Tulsa is coming off a 10^th place finish last week at the Amelia Island Collegiate, as freshman Greta Bruner finished in a 10^th place tie for her third top-15 finish in six tournaments this season. This week, Bruner returns to her home area, having attended The Woodlands High School.

Senior Nadia Majidizadeh also leads the Hurricane team. She has turned in four top-25 performances this season, and is coming off a 21^st place finisha t the Amelia Island Collegiate.

The Dickson, hosted by the University of Houston, is a 54-hole tournament with 36 holes on Mnday and 18 holes to finish the event on Tuesday.

The 16-team field includes #3-ranked Florida State, #10 Kent State, #17 Texas A&M, #18 Purdue, #23 Oklahoma, #30 TCU, #35 Texas Tech, #39 UNLV, #42 SMU and # 51 Houston, as well as Houston Baptist, North Texas, Texas State, Tulane and UTSA.
