Tulsa and Strobach in 3rd Place at BYU at Entrada Classic

Tulsa sophomore Anneke Strobach sits in third place as does the Tulsa team after two rounds at the BYU at Entrada Classic on Monday. Strobach carded rounds of 69 and 76 for a one-over par 145 total, while the Hurricane turned in rounds of 293 and 312 for a 604 total at the par 72 Entrada Golf Course at Snow Canyon.
 
Tulsa sits behind Kent State (575)and host BYU (593). The Hurricane turned in the second-best first round of the tournament with its 5-over par 293, but struggled in second round action with a 312 to drop from second to third-place.
 
Senior Nadia Majidizadeh, from Tulsa's Union High School, finished the first day in sixth place following her round of 68 and 79 for a three-over par score of 147. Fellow senior Nicole Marquardt turned in rounds of 78 and 74 for a 151 total for 20th place.
 
Tulsa freshmen Greta Bruner scored a 36-hole total of 161 for 51st place, while Taylor Dobson carded a 61st place score of 167.
 
Final round play takes place on Tuesday.
