The Golden Hurricane capped off their regular season title in the American Athletic Conference with a tournament championship last weekend in Greenville, N.C., defeating Memphis 6-0 in the semifinals on Friday before a 1-0 win over Houston on Saturday.
Tulsa will open up play at the NCAA Norman Regional on Friday in a rematch at 11:30 a.m. on SEC Network against Arkansas having split a pair of games earlier this season. This will be the sixth time in nine years and second straight season that the Hurricane have traveled to Norman for a regional contest while competition against these same three teams in Oklahoma, Arkansas and North Dakota State back in 2009.
