Ram-Harel Selected to Third Straight NCAA Men’s Tennis Singles Championship

TULSA, Okla. – Senior Or Ram-Harel of The University of Tulsa Men's Tennis team was selected to his third straight NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Singles Championship as announced on Wednesday afternoon. The singles tournament is slated to be played from May 24-29 at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Ga.
 
Ram-Harel faced 13 nationally ranked opponents this season and is currently the No. 35-ranked singles player according to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. The senior was ranked as high as No. 23 on February 8, putting together a season where he defeated No. 6 Christian Sigsgaard, No. 16 Wayne Montgomery and No. 21 Spencer Papa.
 
In the 2016 tournament, Ram-Harel advanced to the second round with a 6-2, 6-4 straight set win over No. 20-ranked Konrad Zieba of Northwestern.
