TULSA, Okla. –– For the second consecutive year, The University of Tulsa athletic department will conduct the "Tulsa Plays!" summer program on Thursday, June 15, from 10 a.m.-12 noon, at H.A. Chapman Stadium on the TU campus. The "Tulsa Plays!" initiative is a community program designed to encourage kids to play and live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Tulsa Plays! gives kids, ages 12 & under, an opportunity to participate in sports activities with TU student-athletes. It is a FREE event. All children will need to have a waiver signed by a legal guardian or parent to participate.

Kids can participate in a variety of running and agility drills, as well as specific drills pertaining to different sports. There will also be a station where kids can dress like a TU player and receive TU face tattoos.

Each participant will receive an activity card that they can take to each activity station. At each station they will receive a sticker of completion. At the end of the day, kids can redeem their activity card for a Tulsa Plays! gift pack.
