Annual Tulsa Football Kickoff Luncheon Set For August 15 at Doubletree Hotel Downtown

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Golden Hurricane Football Kickoff Luncheon presented by ONEOK and ONE Gas is set for Tuesday, August 15, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Tulsa (616 West 7th Street). The luncheon begins at 12 noon in the hotel's International Ballroom.

Third-year head coach Philip Montgomery will present the 2017 Golden Hurricane team at the annual luncheon, which signals the beginning of the college football season for The University of Tulsa. The luncheon program always has some surprises for football fans, and it will be no different this year.

Tickets for the luncheon are $40 per person, $350 for a table sponsorship (table of 10; up to 6 guests seated with student-athletes and/or staff, space permitting), and $40 for a student-athlete sponsorship.

Complimentary parking is available in the covered parking garage attached to the DoubleTree.

Season tickets for Tulsa's six-game home schedule can be purchased for as low as $78. Tickets can be purchased online at TulsaHurricane.com, by calling 918.631.GoTU (4688) or stopping by the Reynolds Center athletic ticket office, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm.

Tulsa opens the season on the road against Oklahoma State on Thursday, August 31 with a kickoff time of 6:30 p.m. (CT). The first home game is on Saturday, Sept. 9, against Louisiana.
