Tulsa Wins Three Singles Matches and One Doubles Match on Day Two of Silverado Invitational

NAPA, Calif. – Tulsa men's tennis had four members return to the court for day two of the Silverado Invitational. Mitchell Pritchard and Lucca Baptista picked up the sweep in doubles and singles action.
Pritchard defeated San Francisco's Marco Barretto in three sets (2-6, 6-3, 6-1), for his first win of the season.
Baptista earned his second singles win in as many days. He beat San Francisco's Lucas Marinelli in two sets (6-1, 7-6) and took the tie-breaker, 7-2.
Majed Kilani recorded his second singles win of the season, as he knocked off by Cal's Connor Heap in straight sets (6-1, 6-3).
Jarod Hing suffered his first singles loss of the year, as Cal's Jacob Brumm won in two sets (6-0, 6-1).
In doubles action against Hawaii, the Golden Hurricane came away with a 1-1 split.
The combo of Pritchard and Baptista picked up their second doubles win, as they beat Labrunie and Woehr, 8-3.
Hawaii's Seric and Albert defeated the Tulsa duo of Kilani and Hing in a tiebreak, 7-5, as they took the match, 8-7.
The Hurricane return to action tomorrow, in the final day of the Silverado Invitational.
