Tulsa’s Guthrie Named American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week

Tulsa freshman Addyson Guthrie was named the American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, as announced today by the league office.
Guthrie, a forward from Edmond, Okla., scored one goal on the week, helping TU go 1-0-1 on the weekend. She played all 108 minutes against Missouri State and scored the first goal for Tulsa on a free ball in the box at the 4:19 mark, which was unassisted.
Guthrie also played 96 minutes in the game against crosstown rival Oral Roberts. She had two shots on the weekend, both on goal.
This was Guthrie's first weekly honor and the first for TU this season.
