Local Oklahoma Ford Military Appreciation Day This Saturday for Tulsa-Navy

TULSA, Okla. –– This Saturday is Oklahoma Ford Military Appreciation and Hall of Fame Game Day at H.A. Chapman Stadium, as Tulsa hosts Navy in an American Athletic Conference match-up. Kickoff is slated for 2:32 p.m.

The University of Tulsa and Your Local Oklahoma Ford Dealers have partnered to celebrate Oklahoma Ford Military Appreciation Day. Fans are encouraged to stop by any of your local Oklahoma Ford Dealer locations and pick up a voucher for a $5 ticket to the game. The voucher is good for up to four $5 tickets. The only opportunity to receive this special discount is to get a ticket voucher from your local Oklahoma Ford Dealer.

Retired and active military personnel receive one FREE admission to the game with a military ID.

The 2017 induction class of Tulsa's Athletic Hall of Fame will be recognized at a special Friday night ceremony and then again on Saturday at the game. The inductees include Ed Dubie (Football, Baseball and Basketball, 1928-31), David Smoot (Track & Field, 1960-63), Wes Hamilton (Football, 1971-75), Stacy Prammanasudh (Women's Golf, 1998-02), Lauren Lindsay (Softball, 2007-10) and the 1982 Football Team is being honored as the Hall of Fame Honor Team.

If fans do not wish to participate in the special $5 ticket voucher that must be claimed at Your Local Oklahoma Ford Dealer, pre-sale ticket prices are $15, $30 and $40.
