Day One at Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships Complete

TULSA, Okla. –Mitchell Pritchard and Boriss Kamdem took to the court on Saturday, as they represented the Tulsa men's tennis team in the Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships, at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Mitchell Pritchard took on Sansidh Kommaraju of UT Arlington in the first match. Pritchard won the match in two sets, as he won 6-2 and 6-1. Pritchard battled Iowa's Jake Jacoby in the second round. Pritchard took both sets to a tiebreak, but fell 7-6 (4) and 7-6 (5).

Boriss Kamdem faced Fresno State's Zdenek Derkas in his opening match. Kamdem was defeated by Derkas, 6-4 and 6-1.

Kamdem will play a consolation match against Arkansas' Jose Alonso at 10 a.m. Sunday, at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
