Junior forward Geno Artison is in his second season as a member of The University of Tulsa men's basketball team. He has appeared in 40 games and has scored 87 points to go along with 78 rebounds. After being limited to 17 games due to an injury a season ago, Artison has seen action in 23 games during the 2017-18 campaign.
 
The Seattle native came off the bench to score a career-high 10 points in 24 minutes against ECU (Dec. 28) earlier this season. He also pulled down a career-best eight rebounds in the win over Western Michigan (Nov. 16).
 
Artison came to TU from the College of Southern Idaho, where he averaged 14.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game in 2015-16. As a senior at Franklin High School in Seattle, he averaged 18.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 assists per game. Artison was named one of the top-50 high school players in the state of Washington by MaxPreps and was rated as a three-star prospect out of high school by Scout.com.
