Tulsa Announces 2020 Spring Football Dates

TULSA, Okla. –– The Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team announced today its spring football dates today as the first spring practice will take place on Sunday, March 1.

The March 1 opening of spring football is the first of the 15 scheduled spring practice dates slated for two weeks before and two weeks after the school's Spring Break. Spring Drills will conclude with the Annual Spring Game on Saturday, April 4, with an 11:30 a.m. start time.

The first seven practices will take place before spring break. The final workout before Spring Break (March 15-20) will be on Thursday, March 12.

Tulsa will return to the practice field on Tuesday, March 24 for the final two weeks of spring practice before ending with the Spring Game.

Tulsa will go into spring practice 2020 with 45 returning lettermen and a total of 29 players who started at least one game over their careers, including 15 on offense, 11 on defense and 3 specialists. The Hurricane returns 9 offensive starters and 4 defensive starters from last season's team.

Pro Day has been set for Thursday, March 12.
