Tulsa Men’s Soccer Team Hosts Saint Louis on Tuesday Night

The Tulsa men's soccer team will host Saint Louis on Tuesday, October 24 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.  Tickets are $5 general admission and can be purchased at the north ticket gate, online at TulsaHurricane.com or by calling the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688.
 
Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on TulsaHurricane.com/watch.  There is a 24HR Pass, a Monthly Pass and Yearly Pass that allow you to watch all TU home men's and women's soccer, volleyball and softball games depending on the package purchased.
 
The Golden Hurricane enters the contest with a 4-7-1 overall record.  Tulsa has earned wins over #1 Stanford and Denver, both of which were 2016 College Cup teams, and currently has an RPI of #49, the fourth highest in The American behind SMU (18), USF (32) and UConn (34).  The Golden Hurricane also has the No. 2 ranked strength of schedule in the country.
 
Tulsa has 15 goals on the season from nine different scorers, including a team-best three goals from both senior Rollie Rocha and sophomore Miguel VelasquezMunashe Raranje and Gustavo Vargas each have two scores, while Marcel Da Silva has played the majority of minutes in goal and has 37 saves.
 
Saint Louis has a 4-8-1 overall record, and are led by Lennart Hein with a team-best five goals.  Leo Novaes has a team-best three assists and Sascha Otte has 48 saves and four clean sheets.
 
SLU has a 9-4-1 lead in the all-time series with Tulsa, but the Golden Hurricane and Billikens tied last season, 1-1, in Saint Louis.
