We conclude our inside look at the Tulsa women's basketball newcomers with today's Baseline to Baseline: Krystan Vornes.  Watch the previous videos here: Baseline to Baseline: Rebecca Lescay and Baseline to Baseline: Morgan Brady.

Krystan Vornes averaged 18.4 points, 12.0 rebounds and 1.8 blocks in her senior year at Osceola High School, while playing her previous three seasons at East Poinsett County High School.  She was an all-conference and all-district performer all four years, and an all-state selection three times.

"Krystan may be the biggest surprise of the freshmen class," Tulsa Head Coach Matilda Mossman said.  "She is a great athlete who really understands getting rebounds, which has been a sore spot for us because we haven't been a great rebounding team.  She has a great work ethic and has a vision for herself, which you don't normally see from a student-athlete this early in their career."
