
Tulsa Men’s Soccer Team Hosts USF on Saturday

The Tulsa men's soccer team will host 17th-ranked USF on Saturday, Oct. 7 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. Tickets are $5 general admission and can be purchased at the north ticket gate, online at TulsaHurricane.com or by calling the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688.
Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on TulsaHurricane.com/watch. There is a 24HR Pass, a Monthly Pass and Yearly Pass that allow you to watch all TU home men's and women's soccer, volleyball and softball games depending on the package purchased.
The Golden Hurricane has a 3-4-1 overall record, including a 1-1 mark in American Athletic Conference games, and are 2-0-1 in games against ranked opponents. Rollie Rocha has a team-best three goals, while Munashe Raranje and Gustavo Vargas both have two scores. Marcel Da Silva has played a majority of minutes in goal, picked up 28 saves and has two clean sheets.
USF has a 5-3-1 overall record, a 2-0 mark in The American and are on a five-game unbeaten streak. Adrian Billhardt has a team-leading five goals, five assists and 15 points. Christian Knight and Harrison Devenish-Meares have split time in goal for a combined 29 saves and two shutouts.
USF has a 4-1-3 lead in the all-time series with Tulsa. The Bulls won the 2016 regular season contest, 2-0, while TU and USF tied in the conference tournament championship and TU claimed the title in a penalty kick shootout.
