To expedite the credentialing process for The University of Tulsa athletic events, we have created the following form. This form is for Tulsa Athletics events only.
Filling out this form does NOT guarantee that your credential request will be approved, you will be emailed if it is. Photographers MUST be affiliated with a participating team or a media outlet that provides coverage for either Tulsa Athletics or the visiting team.
