Head Coach Doug Wojcik:
"I'll take the win. I thought we played really well for the first 16 minutes in the first half. In the last 3:51 of the first half we ended up turning it over eight times. That really stunts our growth. It gives us doubts in our minds, I think. When people are panicked, and you have them down and you are pressing, that is a great time to make plays on the open floor and convert at the other end. Unfortunately, we didn't do a great job of that tonight. I will say this; some kids took some huge strides forward. Sam Mitchell was absolutely fantastic. He is a great post defender. He is not a great, great offensive player yet, but I will tell you he is getting there. I was real proud of him. Ray Reese, I didn't start him because his foot was a little sore, and I was a little nervous about it. He didn't practice last night, but he did some stuff today at shoot around. He was playing like a mad man, especially on the offensive boards. I was real proud of him. Brett McDade did a fantastic job at the free-throw line, and as a team, I have to be real proud of how we shot free throws."

On starting Sam Mitchell...
"Well Bishop [Wheatley] has been fine. Bishop is a great character kid too. He works hard, he is just is not as big. Charles [Ramsdell] ends up having to guard a bigger guy at times, and I would rather have a body guarding a bigger guy. Sam has a great body. He is 6'9", 230 pounds and is a very, very good athlete. It was the best move for us."

On playing 40 minutes of intensity...
"I think we play real hard. I don't think there is one guy out there trying to turn the ball over. I don't think there is one guy out there, and I have said this before, trying to miss free throws, trying to miss shots. I think the team is very sincere. I think they are a sincere bunch of guys and they are aware of what is going on. I try to point things out on the bench, to the bench, when things do go on during the game so they learn. It is more of a focus, it is more of lets break through the barrier of handling the basketball."
