Tulsa's Charles Ramsdell
On finally winning against ORU in his senior year...
"It felt really good. I tried not to think too much about it before the game, leading up to it, that this is my last chance to get one, and what it would be like to go 0-4 against ORU. Afterwards, its all I was thinking about. I finally got one, and I got it my senior year."

Tulsa Head Coach Doug Wojcik
Opening statement... "We played pretty well as a team. I guess I'm most pleased that we played real hard. We can make shots and its nice to have some guys that can handle the basketball. I thought that our depth was a real key tonight. We're pretty deep. Ray [Reese] didn't play much and Sean [Coleman] didn't play, and I still think those guys will be productive players for us. Its exciting for me to see Jerome [Jordan] get some minutes in a big game and learn a lot. Just a great win for The University of Tulsa, it's a great win for our team and it's a great win for our program."

ORU Head Coach Scott Sutton
Opening statement...
"That was a good old-fashioned butt kicking right there. They just out-played us from the opening tap. They wanted it more than we did. I thought they had a lot more energy, showed a lot more emotion and were tougher than we were. When that happens, you're not going to win games. I can not understand how a team that has an opportunity to go play their cross-town rival can't get excited about playing. And that's how I thought we approached this game tonight."
