The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Tennis Championships is down to the last four teams for both men and women as the semifinal matches will take place Monday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on The University of Tulsa campus.

The women's semifinal matches have been moved up two hours and will now start at 10:00 a.m. The change was made due to impending rain in the forecast for early afternoon.

The men's semifinal matches are scheduled to be played at 4:00 p.m.

The two No. 1 seeds on both the women's and men's sides are still alive, including California for the women and Virginia for the men.

The women's semifinals will feature No. 1 California vs. No. 12 Oklahoma State and No. 6 Vanderbilt vs. No. 15 Stanford, as the teams punched their ticket as the last four remaining teams during Saturday's quarterfinals.

On Sunday, the men's semifinalists were decided as three of the top-5 seeds were eliminated. No. 13 California defeated No. 5 Ohio State (4-3), No. 7 Georgia beat No. 2 North Carolina (4-0) and the No. 11 Oklahoma Sooners handed No. 3 UCLA a 4-3 setback. Virginia is the only remaining top-5 seed as the No. 1-seeded Cavaliers will be making their seventh-straight semifinal appearance.

Virginia will play California in one semifinal matchup, while Georgia and Oklahoma will square-off in the second semifinal for the men.
