Loyal Always True Auction Begins December 8

TULSA, Okla. –– The University of Tulsa will launch the Loyal Always True Auction on Tuesday, December 8 at 7:00 a.m. (CT). Proceeds from the online auction will go to the Loyal Always True Fund. The auction will conclude on Sunday, December 13 at 7:59 p.m. (CT).

During these uncertain times of COVID-19, athletic departments all across the country have been faced with many new challenges as a direct result of pandemic. The University of Tulsa athletics began the Loyal Always True Fund to help offset the unique costs of COVID testing, personal protective equipment (PPE) and other items that help keep Golden Hurricane student-athletes safe and healthy.

The auction features great items such as:

·       TU NCAA Championship Ball –– An autographed basketball of three former Tulsa men's basketball coaches who won NCAA Championships! This signed basketball includes autographs from Nolan Richardson, Bill Self and Tubby Smith. An absolute must for any avid TU basketball fan!
·       TU Football Legends Ball –– This package includes an autographed football from TU football legends –– Steve Largent, Drew Pearson, Howard Twilley, and Jerry Rhome. An absolute must for any die-hard TU football fan!
A full-size cut out of Drew Pearson, Howard Twilley and Jim Rhome is also included with the autographed football.
