Attended Oklahoma State on a baseball scholarship and redshirted the 2019 season.
Gendron was a three-year basketball letterwinner at Bishop Kelley High School averaging 21 points per game as a senior.
He was an honorable mention all-state pick who led the Comets to the Class 5A quarterfinals.
His father played basketball at Tulsa from 1995-99 for head coaches Steve Robinson and Bill Self
