On Wednesday it was announced that Tulsa's 7+ year vice president and director of athletics has taken a position with the NCAA as new senior vice president for inclusion, education and community engagement.
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart," said Gragg to TU fans. "The past seven years at Tulsa have been near and dear to our hearts, my wife, Sonya and I and our children."
"I have to commend our student-athletes, coaches and staff who have done a fantastic job over my seven years," Gragg added.
"All of the alumni, fans, supporters, donors, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you've done since before I came here, since I've been here and I know you'll continue to show your great support in the future," said Gragg.
Gragg will stay on at TU until Sept. 17. His role with the NCAA begins Oct. 5.
