The Tulsa women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to South Florida on Thursday night at the Corbett Soccer Stadium in Tampa, Fla. The Golden Hurricane fell to 6-4-1 on the season and 1-1 in American Athletic Conference play, while the Bulls moved to 4-6 overall and 1-1 in the league.
"We've never earned a conference point at South Florida, but tonight we were very, very close to getting that point," Head Coach Jim Rhein said. "We're so close to getting to the next level, but it doesn't happen overnight and if you've followed our program you can see we've been improving over time."
Tulsa will return to action on Thursday, September 29 against East Carolina beginning at 6:00 pm in Greenville, N.C.
