
Riley Named American Conference Player of the Week Honorable Mention

IRVING, Texas — After leading the Tulsa men's basketball team offensively, Tylen Riley was named an American Conference Player of the Week Honorable Mention, the league announced on Monday.
The junior averaged 16.0 points and 4.0 assists for the Golden Hurricane in a pair of games. Riley scored a season-high 20 points in Tulsa's win over Austin Peay, hitting a pair of threes and went 8-for-8 from the free throw line. On the defensive side of the ball, Riley had three steals on the week for the Golden Hurricane.
Next up for Tulsa are a pair of games in the Acrisure Holiday Invitational. They'll open the event tomorrow against San Jose State with a 12:30 p.m. CT tip-off, followed by either Northern Iowa or Loyola Chicago.
