
Keaston Willis Signs First Professional Contract with Swedish Club

TULSA, Okla. –– Keaston Willis, a two-year member of the Tulsa men's basketball program, has signed his first professional contract and is set to begin his playing career overseas in Sweden.
The 6-foot-3 guard has inked a deal with KFUM Jämtland Basket, a club based in Östersund that competes in the top-tier Swedish Basketball League (SBL).
Willis wrapped up a decorated collegiate career with 152 appearances, averaging 13.6 points per game while shooting 37.4 percent from three-point range. He made an impressive 393 career threes, scored in double figures 109 times, and tallied 25 games with 20 or more points.
In his final season at Tulsa, Willis made a career-high 93 three-pointers and started 28 games. He shot 39 percent from the field, averaged 3.2 rebounds per game, and recorded 39 assists.
He posted a season-best 23 points in a win over Southern on Dec. 7, 2024, knocking down five three-pointers and grabbing seven rebounds. He followed that performance with a 22-point outing against UCF, hitting six threes.
With the addition of Willis, Jämtland Basket now has 12 players under contract. Players from the club's development program, Jämtland Utveckling, will hold dual licenses and have opportunities to train and compete with the SBL squad.
