TULSA, Okla. –– The University of Tulsa men's basketball team has officially announced its 2025-26 schedule that features 13 non-conference games along with the full 18-game American Conference schedule.

The Golden Hurricane will tip off the season with an exhibition on October 28 against NCAA Division II opponent East Central University at the Donald W. Reynolds Center.

"Throughout the entire season, our schedule will bring great opportunities and challenges," remarked head coach Eric Konkol. "The non-conference slate features tradition-rich programs, NCAA-caliber opponents, and strong neutral-site events, while the American is one of the deepest and most competitive leagues in the country. It's the kind of schedule that will demand grit and togetherness—exactly what we want for our team."

Tulsa officially opens the season at home for the third straight year, hosting Oklahoma Christian on Monday, November 3. The Golden Hurricane then hit the road for two games, beginning with a matchup against Rhode Island in the 2025 Veterans Classic, followed by the annual Mayor's Cup battle at Oral Roberts on November 12.

TU's non-conference slate continues with a trip to Manhattan, Kan., to face Big 12 foe Kansas State on November 15. It marks the first meeting between the two programs since December 29, 2019, with Tulsa holding a 7-2 advantage in the all-time series.

Tulsa returns home on November 21 to host Austin Peay for just the second time in program history. Over Thanksgiving, the Golden Hurricane will compete in the Acrisure Holiday Invitational in Palm Desert, Calif. TU opens the event against San Jose State on November 25, before facing either Northern Iowa or Loyola Chicago.

The Golden Hurricane then play three straight games at the Reynolds Center to begin December, squaring off with Manhattan Christian (Dec. 2), Missouri State (Dec. 6) and Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Dec. 10). Tulsa's final road stretch of non-conference play includes a neutral-site contest against New Mexico State at the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas, followed by a December 19 matchup at Western Kentucky. TU closes its non-league slate at home against Denver on December 22.

Start your New Year's Eve at the Reynolds Center when Tulsa welcomes Rice to open American Conference play on December 31. The matchup tips off an 18-game league slate for the Golden Hurricane. TU follows with a road contest at North Texas on January 4 before returning home to host South Florida on January 10.

Three of the next four games will be away from Tulsa. The Golden Hurricane head out for a two-game road swing at Charlotte (Jan. 14) and UAB (Jan. 18) before returning to Reynolds to host Memphis on January 21. It will mark the Tigers' first trip to Tulsa since January 4, 2024. TU then travels to Texas to face Rice on January 25.

Tulsa closes January and opens February with a pair of home contests, hosting North Texas on January 28 and Wichita State on February 1.

The Hurricane then head to Florida for two straight road games, taking on Florida Atlantic on February 4 and South Florida on February 8.

TU plays three of its next four at home, beginning with UAB on February 11. The lone road matchup in that stretch comes on February 14 at Wichita State, before Tulsa returns to the Reynolds Center for games against Charlotte (Feb. 18) and UTSA (Feb. 22).

The Golden Hurricane wrap up the regular season with two of their final three on the road. TU travels to New Orleans to face Tulane on February 25, then takes a week off before heading to ECU on March 4.
