Kickoff Times Set for Six Tulsa Football Games

TULSA, Okla. – The American Conference has announced the television designations and game times for six Tulsa football games on Wednesday. These matchups include both non-conference and conference games.
Tulsa football will receive national exposure throughout the 2026 season with games scheduled across ESPNU, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+ and CBS Sports Network. Tulsa's American Conference opener against North Texas will place TU in the national spotlight on ESPN.
Tulsa will begin the 2026 season on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 5, as they host Oklahoma State for the Gateway First Bank Turnpike Classic. Kickoff will be at 2:45 p.m. at H.A. Chapman Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPNU. TU is coming off a 19-12 victory over Oklahoma State during the 2025 season.
A week later, on Sept. 12, Tulsa travels to Huntsville, Texas, for a game against Sam Houston, scheduled to start at 6 p.m. This game will be available digitally on ESPN+. After that, Tulsa returns home to host East Texas A&M on Sept. 19 with kickoff set for 7 p.m. on ESPN+.
On Thursday, Oct. 1, the Golden Hurricane will host North Texas in their American Conference opener. The game will kick off at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
Tulsa travels to Annapolis, Md., on Saturday, Oct. 10, for its first road matchup against Navy since the 2022 season. Kickoff against the Midshipmen is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network.
Tulsa will also host Army on Friday, Oct. 23, in a nationally televised matchup on ESPN2 at 7:30 p.m. at H.A. Chapman Stadium.
The remaining start times and television designations will be made weekly throughout the season as part of the conference's 12-day selection process. Tulsa is also a part of a flexible Week 14 schedule to close the regular season. The Tulsa-UTSA game will be played either Friday, Nov. 27 or Saturday, Nov. 28. The selection will be made by Oct. 11.
