Lamb, Hayes and Robinson Set to Attend American Football Kickoff

TULSA, Okla. – Head football coach Tre Lamb along with quarterback Baylor Hayes and STAR Devin Robinson will represent Tulsa at the 2026 American Conference kickoff, held on Thursday and Friday, July 23-24 at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront.
Twenty-eight student-athletes are set to attend the Kickoff, which will be held in St. Petersburg for the first time. Media sessions begin at 11 a.m. ET Thursday, continuing Friday morning with press conferences with all 14 head coaches. Commissioner Tim Pernetti will deliver remarks on Friday at 8:05 a.m. ET.
In addition to the Friday press conferences, student-athletes and coaches will be available for breakout sessions during specified times on Friday and upon request during their scheduled Thursday-afternoon block.
Live coverage of the American Kickoff will air Friday, July 24, at 7:50 a.m. ET/6:50 a.m. CT on ESPN+ as Maria Trivelpiece, Rene Ingoglia and Leger Douzable interview coaches and student-athletes from all 14 teams.
The American is once again opening the doors for fans to be part of the Kickoff experience. Attendees will enjoy unprecedented access to their favorite teams with head coaches' press conferences, photo opportunities and meet-and-greets with the student-athletes and coaches.

Season tickets for Tulsa Golden Hurricane football are now on sale, giving fans the opportunity to secure their seats at H.A. Chapman Stadium for an exciting 2026 season. The six-game home schedule at H.A. Chapman Stadium features marquee matchups against Oklahoma State and Army, along with a nationally televised American Conference opener against North Texas on ESPN.
TU has lowered the football season ticket "get-in" price and reduced pricing in multiple sections throughout the stadium, making Tulsa Football even more accessible for fans and families. At the same time, pricing has been adjusted in select areas where demand for seats remains the strongest.
