D1Softball Ranks Tulsa as No. 19 Transfer Class in America

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa softball was ranked as one of the best offseason transfer classes in the country, D1Softball announced on Wednesday. The online publication ranked the Golden Hurricane No. 19 in the country for its transfer class, built by first-year head coach DJ Gasso.
Tulsa has added nine transfers this offseason as the squad prepares for its first season in the Gasso era. For a full breakdown of the roster and the newcomers, click here.
Texas Tech took home the top spot in the rankings, followed by defending national champion Texas and then Arkansas. Tulsa was second in the American Conference in the rankings, trailing only Florida Atlantic at No. 17. Also from the American were North Texas at No. 26, Charlotte at No. 33, and East Carolina at No. 36.
