Ishmael Pilkington was the starting fullback for Tulsa from 1930-32 … an excellent athlete who played well on both offense and defense, he was selected to the All-Oklahoma football teams of 1930 and 1931 … he became the first Tulsa athlete to be invited to play in the Shrine All-Star game in San Francisco.
