Sax Judd was an outstanding pass receiver and stalwart defensive end on the 1941 and 1942 Hurricane Bowl teams … was the principal receiver of Hurricane great Glenn Dobbs those two seasons … in the 1942 campaign, he led Tulsa with 35 receptions for 509 yards and nine touchdowns … was a first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection in 1941 and 1942.
