A banker who offered his services as football coach for Henry Kendall College in 1908 and then coached again at the school from 1914 to 1916. Had a four-year coaching record of 24-6-1. His 1916 team went undefeated in 10 games, outscoring its opponents 566 points to 40. Included in that 1916 record were shutout victories over Missouri-Rolla, 117-0, and St. Gregory's, 82-0.
