Mission                                                    
To surround the collegiate athlete with a positive, enthusiastic, high-level work environment that fosters a sense of responsibility and accountability not only to the individual athlete, but the betterment of the team, thereby enriching the overall sport experience.                                                     
                                                    
To provide an individualized comprehensive athletic performance program which includes mental, physical, nutritional, and spiritual training.  Along with sport specific movements that retain the physiological principles and scientifically proven methods that will assist the collegiate athlete in their preparation for success during high performance competition.

Sport Nutrition                                                    
We will provide quality sport nutrition counseling and education for all sports and student-athletes based on scientifically proven methods for performance and recovery.  We will strive to educate student-athletes to make a genuine, self-motivated commitment to the performance diet.  Healthy choices made consistently are small steps to a successful nutrition plan.                                                     
                                                    
                                                    
Staff                                                    
The Athletic Performance Staff is committed to providing the student-athletes we serve with an environment that encourages academics, social responsibility, spiritual growth and competitive excellence, while fostering team cohesiveness and mental toughness through a creative disciplined approach to training.  As a staff we evaluate our skills and training sessions daily with research, collaboration and reflection on effectiveness.  We have a personal interest in individual growth as a professional to help the student-athletes achieve at their highest level possible.                                                    

                                                   
Open Dialogue                                                    
We strive to foster open dialogue between administration and sport coaches to ensure that we have the same goals in mind, as well as the process for achieving them.                                                    
                                                    
                                                    
Athletic Performance Goals                                                    
Prevent Injuries. Healthy muscles and joints decrease the chances of injury.  When an injury occurs, a well conditioned, well-trained athlete will not only recover from the injury but also spend less time in limited participation.                                                      
                                                    
Enhance Sport Performance.  This is achieved through program design, which emphasizes strength, speed, power, agility, flexibility, body composition, nutrition and sport specific training.                                                      
                                                    
Improve student-athlete well being.  We will develop the ability to maintain a high level of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness through nutrition, recovery methods, and stress management. We will educate on how to minimize distractions and deterrents to personal and team performance and well being.
