Martin Oteng was named football video coordinator at The University of Tulsa in July 2022.

Previously, Oteng spent four seasons as the media specialist for the Stephen F. Austin football program. He was responsible for all video and technology operations for the SFA football program. Before that, Oteng was the video coordinator & media specialist during the 2018 season for the football program at Texas A&M-Commerce.

Oteng earned his bachelor’s degree in radio & television from SFA in December 2021.
