TULSA – A three-year letterwinner and three-year starter … played in 34 career games and started 33 contests, all at the center position … saw his first playing time in the 2019 season.
2022 – Was medically returned in the off-season.
2021 – Started all 13 games … graded over 80-percent in nine games … was injured in the first half of the 2021 Myrtle Beach Bowl and did not play the rest of the game … played 58 snaps at Oklahoma State and graded out at 88-percent.
2020 – Played and started in all nine games … was an honorable mention all-AAC selection … played 77 snaps and graded out at 86-percent against East Carolina … played 87 snaps and graded 84-percent against #19 SMU … graded 82-percent on 72 snaps at #6 Cincinnati in the AAC Championship game.
2019 – Played in all 12 games at the offensive center position … started the final 11 contests … made his first career start and played the entire game at San Jose State … played the entirety of eight of the final 11 games … came out of the game for a few snaps vs. UCF and Houston … saw his first career playing time in the season opener at Michigan State, where he was inserted into the game in the second quarter and played the remainder of the contest at center.
2018 – Did not see playing time.
2017 – Was one of several true freshmen to sit out the season due to red-shirt status.
HIGH SCHOOL – Played at Plano Senior High School … graded at 90-percent or above in all 10 games his senior season … had 43 pancake blocks and 67 blocks that triggered explosive plays … was a first-team District 6-6A selection … named to the all-Collin County first team … high school coach was Jaydon McCullough.
