Coney played in and started all 12 games at linebacker for the Blue and Gold during the 2024 season.
He led all Buccaneer defenders with 97 tackles and 12 tackles for loss in 2024.
The Fairfield, Ohio native also registered five sacks, broke up six passes, forced two fumbles and added a quarterback hurry.
His best game of the season came against Western Carolina where he totaled a season-high 17 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
Also registered double-digit tackle totals against Furman (12) and Mercer (10).
Coney played in all 11 games for ETSU as a freshman in 2023.
