An outstanding two-way player, Clyde Leforce was a great triple-threat back for the Hurricane … he led Tulsa in scoring (59 points), rushing (290 yards), passing (557 yards), punting (25 for 908 yards) and punt returns (15 for 154 yards) in the 1943 season … had punt returns of 88 and 93 yards in the 1946 season … earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in 1946.
